The holiday home has 2 floors and is situated on a plot of approximately 1500 m2 and has a private swimming pool. On the top floor you will find the living room, open kitchen with dining room, bedroom and bathroom.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. From the living room you enter the covered terrace. From here you have a great sea view. The living room is nicely furnished, of course there is also Smart TV and wifi.To enjoy the sun there is the private swimming pool with outdoor shower. There are various seating areas on the terrace, veranda and at the swimming pool. At the pool are nice sun beds.

On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms with the second bathroom with bath, toilet, sink. The large downstairs bedroom has a box bed, with an additional sleeping space for one person. From the large bedroom you come to the terrace by the pool.

Altea is located on the Costa Blanca, slightly north of Benidorm. There are beautiful towns in the area such as Calpe, Albir, Moraira and Javea.
